Platinum Personal Training Package
Guaranteed results package or your money back. You will embark on 1 month’s journey for 90 minutes 5 days per week. The Training sessions may include; Self-Myofascial release, stretching, warm-up, dynamic warm-up, CORE exercise, resistance exercise, cardio-vascular exercise, a cool down and stretching. You will follow a Healthy Eating Lifestyle Package and will receive weekly food analysis. The package includes an explanation of the Healthy Eating Lifestyle, shopping lists, a food diary, and recipes. You will have a fitness test at the end of every week to monitor progress. This is the ultimate package to get effective results and fast.

Wellman/woman package
A complete overhaul of your lifestyle. This package encompasses a healthy eating and exercise lifestyle transformation. 10 x 1 hour Personal Training sessions over 10 weeks, you will go away feeling a different healthier person. Cost: £350  

Wedding/Holiday Package
Have you planned your wedding day or going on holiday? Would you like to look sensational and ready for the beach? In 10 weeks this package consists of 10 x 1 hour sessions and will get you looking your best ever.

Extreme Fitness Package
Looking for the Greek god body? Are you already fit and would like to get extremely fit? Do you think you are very fit and want to be put to the test? Try our extreme fitness package and you will be put through 10 sessions with an endless amount of exercises that you can take away but will take your fitness levels beyond your wildest thought and give you that body all will desire.

Injury/Exercise Rehabilitation Package
Have you had an injury or need exercise to rehabilitate? This package will give you a functional assessment, muscle length test (flexibility) and a corrective exercise programme tailored to help issues regarding an injury. It will be based around 10 x 1 hour Personal Training sessions over 10 weeks.  This package will also address those issues that sometimes come with injury i.e. maintain fitness and improved CORE strength.

Get Started Package
Often hesitated about Personal Training or need that little encouraging nudge to get you going? A 4 week course consisting of a FREE consultation, 4 x 1 hour Personal Training sessions and an exercise programme. A gentle approach to Personal Training but will give you the motivation to change your lifestyle.
Cost: £150

**A One off/Gift/Present
Try a 1 hour, one off Personal Training session to see how you get on with a 1-1 Personal Training session. Would you like to purchase a Personal Training session as a gift or present? This session will involve a warm-up, Cardio-vascular and resistance exercises suitable for you, a cool down and stretching. It will leave you feeling energised and invigorated.             
Cost £40

**Fitness Test
Would you like to find out how fit or strong you are? Test including; Blood pressure, Body circumferences, 7 site Body fat, Functional test i.e. squat, Muscle length, vertical jump, Press-up, CORE Strength, Leg Strength, agility, Shuttle test, Cardio-vascular fitness test on a cycle and a 12 minute treadmill run test. Use the consultation to discuss what tests are relevant to your goals. Return periodically to have the tests re-taken. Combine this with one of our Programmes to enhance the effectiveness.

*Fitness test may include: Resting Blood Pressure, Body circumferences, Body fat analysis and a YMCA 12 minute Sub-maximal Cycle ergometer test.
