I went to see Ian as I had a groin strain for months, which was preventing me training properly for a 10km run. One session sorted this out and Ian showed me several stretching techniques, which have solved the problem. Really good and definitely worth it! Graham Riddell

I have worked with Ian for the past eight months and have been working to loose the lard and improve my general health. And has it worked? Well yes, it has. I am getting fitter and Ian has motivated me more than I ever thought I could be. I now don't even mind the alarm clock going off at 6:30am to hit the gym before I go to work.
